Review of Casino Royale

An excerpt from the Daily Express' positive review of Casino Royale:

"Casino Royale was the first of Ian Fleming's Bond books, published in 1953, and listening to it read by Dan Stevens was a revelation. No gimmicky gadgets, no endless sex, just a first-rate plot and real tension... Stevens puts in a brilliant vocal performance..."

Excellent 007 indeed!

Oh yes, I totally agree. A really good book to listen to, and even more so by the fact that it is so well read by Dan. Even if you are not a Bond fan you will appreciate this. His accents, pronunciation and the feeling that he puts into it really makes this rather special. Thank you. I shall be listening again very soon ! Also looking forward to his latest award winning release - The Time Keeper.
